This draft Standard is a result of multiple Task Group meetings throughout 2020. This test method was originally drafted as part of the same standard being developed under WK70964. At a recent Subcommittee meeting, the preference of the Subcommittee was to create two separate but parallel Standards. This is similar to that effort in many ways except this draft standard involves only the instrumented Hand Form in place of the instrumented cylinder in WK70964.
