Rationale

Indentation hardness testing standards define 3 different types of hardness testing machines - fixed-location, portable, and movable. The purpose of this work item is to harmonize the use of those terms in this standard with the use of those terms in the other indentation hardness testing standards. This revision will address comments received during previous balloting.
