Rationale

The current definition of dry-cast is not completely accurate and does not capture all of the essence of the dry-cast manufacturing process. This ballot item proposes modifications to the definition of dry-cast to improve its accuracy and clarity. In addition, the term dry-cast is being added as a Keyword.
