Rationale

During the adoption of this standard, an agreement was made to incorporate feedback from a negative voter on several points in a future revision of the standard. Additional feedback was provided during the December 2023 task group meeting, and this has been incorporated as well. The main revisions include: 1) definitions were added for various terms used in the standard, 2) clarifications has been provided to differentiate between the material in its liquid (uncured) and cured states, 3) supporting information was added for Cure-Through at Low Temperature to meet ASTM test method requirements, and 4) the shelf-life requirement was relocated to the test procedure section to align with existing ASTM standards.
