Rationale

Updating the title from "Goods Movement Process (GMP) Precise Foundational Definitions" to "Goods Movement Process (GMP)", Section 1 Scope, Section 3 Significance and Use, and Section 4 Terminology. Section 4 Terminology will define additional terms including supply chain, goods movement process code, forecast phase, analysis phase. This Revision will also incorporate suggestions from comments received from WK93809 Ballot F49 (25-02) that closed on April 15, 2025.
